When in Doubt, Accessorize!

Blog, Lego

My latest post for ToyPhotographers.com is all about accessories! These small but mighty LEGO pieces can add quite a bit to a photo, and have helped me out of countless photo slumps. Read all about it, and check out my examples, here.

I’m Now A Contributor At Toy Photographers!

Blog, Lego, Life

In a complete failure to update my blog more regularly, I’ve neglected to announce that I’m now a regular contributor to Toy Photographers, a wonderful blog about toy photography, featuring artists from around the world! I’m incredibly proud to be part of the team, and have been writing regularly since February.

My first post as part of this new venture is about why I became a toy photographer, and why I chose LEGO as my particular subject. You can check it out here.

Into the Wild

Blog, Lego, Life

I’m proud to announce that I’ve written my very first guest post for Stuck In Plastic! In it I talk about leaving my comfort zone as an indoor photographer to shoot outdoors, and what I learned as a result! There’s also a bit in there about my time at the Seattle Toy Photo Safari.

You can read the post (and check out a few new exclusive photographs!) here.
