RIP Robin Williams (1951-2014)

I was going to write a big, long post about my love of Robin Williams, and how much I’m going to truly miss him. But honestly, I just can’t. I seriously can’t believe he’s gone, and likely won’t be able to wrap my head around it for a long time. Instead, I’ll just say this: Thank you, Mr. Williams, for the decades of laughter and touching performances. For making my childhood bright and my adulthood rich. You will be truly missed.

Now, if you excuse me, I’m going to go watch Jumanji for the 200th time. I’ll be waiting for you, until the dice read five or eight.

  1. Such a big loss and the fact that his life ended in suicide is just heartbreaking. Depression is a terrible terrible condition. His talent was so vast and he brought laughter so easily to others that is truly saddens me that joy and laughter weren’t his companions. RIP Mr. Williams.
